Altman Steps Down

Ill. Sir Connie Atlman, PP (Amran), announced at the February Board of Governors meeting that it will be his last meeting as chairman as he will be stepping down as Chairman of the Board for personal and health reasons. Altman served one year as chairman and prior to that served ten years as General Game Chairman. He has served in many roles during his involvement with this organization.

Altman stated he has enjoyed the people he has met throughout his involvement with the game and the many volunteers that are the backbone of the game. He also stated he will miss everyone that is part of the game from the players, coaches, to the volunteers.

At the awards banquet, Chairman Ronnie Blount and Noble Henry Long┬ápresented Connie with the traditional Chairman’s Golden Helmet Award for his service as chairman.
